Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases on NashaAI, operated by SATWAN PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN 08ABSCS7899D1ZD).

Subscriptions

NashaAI Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: an introductory 1-day full-access trial for ₹9, after which the subscription automatically renews at ₹499 per month until cancelled. The price, trial period and billing cycle are shown clearly before you confirm the purchase, and recurring payments are collected through an RBI-compliant autopay mandate (UPI Autopay / card / eNACH) via our payment partner Cashfree.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app (Profile → Manage subscription), from your UPI app's autopay/mandate section, or by contacting us. When the autopay mandate is cancelled, the subscription ends and your account switches to the Free plan immediately, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Because Premium unlocks digital access immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• If you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
