NashaAI provides digital services including AI chat, image generation, and premium subscriptions. As these are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, the refund policy is as follows:

4. How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Refund decision will be communicated within 3 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds via UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Refunds via Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Refunds via Wallet: 1-3 business days

- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds for the current billing period unless specified in section 3
