You must be a resident of India or comply with the laws of your jurisdiction
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements

You are responsible for all activity under your session
Do not impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to terminate sessions that violate these terms

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount
All payment disputes should be reported within 7 days of the transaction

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content
Share or solicit personal information of others (phone numbers, addresses, Aadhaar, PAN)
Engage in any activity that violates Indian law, including IT Act 2000
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Service
Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights

7. AI-Generated Content

All responses from our AI are generated by artificial intelligence
AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
You acknowledge that you use AI-generated content at your own discretion

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by NashaAI
You retain ownership of content you create or submit
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your messages for providing the Service
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
We are not responsible for any loss arising from AI-generated content

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
